The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just 2 blocks from the grocery store and close to the ski turn-off, with lots of wildlife walking through the yard virtually every day.

The space
3 Story 3000 Sq Ft Home – 5 Bedrooms/10 Beds/4.5 Baths, Game Room, Hot Tub, Fireplace in Ruidoso – Sleeps 16

Trails End is the perfect place where friends and family can get together with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy themselves.

As you drive up the long driveway, which has room for multiple vehicles, you will be impressed by the amount of space available to your crew. Equally impressive is the tree-studded property and the wrap-around deck and covered patio designed to make the most of the stunning views.

Inviting farmhouse décor will greet you when you walk into the home on the 2nd level, along with a stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling and lots of windows to let you enjoy the beauty of the area. There's enough space for everyone to come together, but also has lots of space where different age groups can have time to themselves.

The wrap-around deck, located on the main level (2nd floor) is equipped with a propane grill with seating for your crew to eat outside when the weather is nice.

The main floor (2nd level) has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, the Cabin Room with a king bed and 2 king bedroom suites (The Americana Suite and the Hunters Haven Suite, each with their own full bathrooms.)

The Loft (3rd floor) has a spacious Cowboy Bunkhouse with a bank of bunk beds with 2 twin beds on top and 2 queen beds on bottom, a roll-top desk, movie couch, plus its own bathroom.

On the lower level, you'll find the game room with pool table that converts into an air hockey table, a dart board, a mini-fridge, and a twin daybed and twin trundle bed. Also located on the lower level is the Texas Room, with a King bed, and a full bathroom.

The covered patio on the lower level is equipped with a propane gas grill, roll-down shades, hot tub and lots of seating.

Even though the house is located near shopping, golf, a grocery store and restaurants, it is in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of wildlife walking through the 1 acre property virtually every day.

Trails End is a non-smoking home that has central heating and air, smart TVs in every bedroom, living room and game room, free WiFi, and basic cable TV.

The garage is not available for guests.

If you are bringing little ones, we have a port-a-crib and high chair.

Our home is a pet friendly home w/fee.

PLEASE NOTE: There are lots of steps in this home. Those with mobility issues should consider that fact when making a decision to rent.
Guest access
ACCESSING THE HOUSE: The driveway up to the house is gravel and level for easy access.

Keyless entry into to the house is through either the front door on the 2nd level or the patio door on the lower level. Your entry code into this home will be provided via email the day of your arrival.

Guests will not have access to the garage, pantry, utility closets or owners closet.
